  • Circle Ahead was founded by Wati Grossman in 2021.

An exciting new project of Circle Ahead, Swap Circle invites participants to circulate pre-loved garments, mend and repurpose fashion, and connect through sustainability and creativity. …

  • Bring up to 20 special clothing or accessory items you know someone else would love. These will be “gifts” to your fellow swappers. (When you go through your closet, choose things you would proudly give a good friend).

  • • Clothing items should be for adults (all genders) and be clean.
    • Mendable items are welcome. No worries—we’ll share repair/ upcycling ideas.
    • Accessories are purses, belts, sunglasses, scarves are welcome. Please do not bring jewelry.
    • No kids’ clothing, socks, swimsuits, undergarments, or lingerie, please.

  • Drop-off items - if you’re able - in advance at the event location during office hours. Please refer to the Eventbrite invitation for details.

Remember to add time for PARKING logistics.

  • You can bring your items with you on the day of the event, but please note: there will be a delay while your items are processed before you're able to shop.

  • No. Your ticket is free. Your donation of up to 20 special clothing or accessory items allows you to collect tokens to be used as “currency” to enable you to take home items donated by other swappers.

You are welcome to donate to a partner organization hosting your swap, either before or after the swap event. Your donation helps support a partner’s programs.

Most of our partners are arts organizations. 100% of proceeds support the arts.
